If you don't see your blood pressure numbers move within 90 days of receiving your order, send back the pouch for a full refund — even if it's empty.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
If the courier cannot deliver your order due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is unclaimed, it may be destroyed by the courier and not returned to us.
In these cases, we cannot issue a refund.

If you become aware of an address error or delivery issue after placing your order, you must contact the courier immediately to update the address or arrange collection before the package is destroyed. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
